We've seen this on Landsturm & Landwehr especially, first time I recall seeing this done on a Reserve uberzug.

I am wondering if that is it or , how nut's are we? I just lost a nice card taken in early 1915 as it was of 3 gaurd grenadier's wearing early Gas kit ( the canvas goggle ) on the chest. it went for $32.00 but had over 10 bidder'[s.
