Restorable Garde Officer's Pickelhaube?

First, apologies for being unable to link a website; it is BayState Militaria in Massachusetts.
Just listed is a Garde officer's pickelhaube that was apparently stored poorly, with items on top of it pushing down on to the spike & base to where the surrounding leather appears to have collapsed. The photos are not the best.
The price is certainly attractive, but it's not something that I am capable of attempting.
If anyone could link the photos, I would be thankful.

Too much $ for this beater. Fittings are mostly mid war zinc. Wappen and kokarden are the best parts. IMOP which do not equal the expenditure.
