There was a certain brand of cookies in Germany, that came in a metal tin, and this 'Wappen' was affixed to the lid. They show up all the time, advertised as Pickelhaube Wappen.

It is my understanding that they are worth more if they are still attached to the cookie box, and even more if the cookie box is full, thatt whole mint unissued bit.
