Yes but has potential. Rust can be removed(in most cases) and dents can be banged out but parts can be a long wait. It could be a nice project for someone who is into projects. I need a Kürassier spike actually. :-k

Hey Ron, thanks for thinking of me!
I did see that one and thought that, despite the fact it was the cavalry type, the eagle was too rusty for me to be able to clean it... I mean the shell can be fixed fairly easily but the wappen's zinc coating would be lost forever if buffed, so I passed on it without even trying to contact the seller (since it says shipping to the US only).

You can always try contacting the seller direct, as in not through the item, I managed that the other day when I had a similar issue.
As far as rust goes there are products about that remove it without damaging paint. I`m waiting on some at the moment "metal rescue". I think its called "evaporust" or something in the U.S.
If it does what it says on the tin then it sounds like a miracle cure, but I`m reserving judgement till it arrives and I`ve tested it. I have a feeling it mentioned something about zinc in the bumf about it though.
