Sachsen Schirmutze

I have this shirmutze for quite a while now but wanted a second or third or more thought's on it
Is this late war or by the construction of it maybe reichswehr period
Can't seem to find mutch information on the construction aspecialy that seem on top the shirmutze

My reply to this post when it was listed under cloth headgear:
Jonas,
I am not sure what that Schirmmutze is. If I had to venture a guess, if it is from the war, I would suspect that it belonged to a train or transport unit. My bet is that it is a post war piece perhaps belonging to a veteran's unit.
