After Mike Kelso's fine post on Saxon Jagers & Fusilier Regt 108 straps
I hate to post this one lone soldier
However the story is interesting
It was shipped from Ala. on Dec 23 , 2021
The seller ; his post office and myself had given it up for lost
However it did show up in Feb of 2022
I had bought it to go with my Feldgrau F R 108 shako
not a 100% correct match
but a display anyway

Very cool Steve and your receiving it gives me some hope. I have a piece of neusilber visor trim that was mailed Nov 10 2021 from Louisiana which still has not shown up back home. According to USPS, it never crossed the border and is still somewhere in upstate NY.

all they had to do was to get it to my P O
however they sent it to Chicago
the Ala P O called Chicago
they said to consider it lost !
but it did show up
maybe your item is stopped by the trucker blockade ?

Could be Steve but of course there were weeks of no trucker BS where it should have crossed easily. Hard to believe that something with a tracking number just disappears. Thank goodness that it wasn’t a helmet!
