Offered for sale is a model 1915 Saxon buckle with the hard to find unusual catch that was manufactured by the Robert Tumler of Döbeln, Saxony. This example is unmarked. It is a duplicate from my collection. Robert Tumler is the only manufacturer who produced a buckle with a catch like this. You will notice the flattened metal edge on the top of the catch rod, and also the flattened surface on the two adjustment prongs of the roller pin. I have examples from this manufacturer that are maker marked and non-maker marked.

The finish on the buckle shows wear/age, and the leather tab shows wear and age. See photos for details.

Price: $250 or "best offer" plus postage.

Payment via PayPal "friends and family" preferred. I also accept check and money order.

USA Postage: $9 mailed via US Postal Service Ground Select with Tracking, in a nice bubble pack Kraft envelope.

I can mail this to Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore. Please ask for a postage quote if you are interested in purchasing this buckle.

Thanks,

Alan
