You find thread's regarding thise matter on every collector's forum.
So I tought we might as well have ours!
Most commoun name one see is Pawel Nowak.
Tracked by so many and still in buisiness.
Here is my most recent experience!
No harm was done as I was aware it was a scam quiet fast.
Offered on a French speaking Begian site was thise 17 th lancers cap.
He would send it for inspection and return it (if needed!) on his cost's after i payed 1300 euro !!! Yeah right!! :bravo:
 
At first i tought ; yes!!
A walloon who is not aware of what these helmet might be worth actualy!
But then it appeared he was English working for blalblabla in Brussels....
My first toughts were; why would a Englishmen want's to sell such a helmet out side the UK; prices would go much higher in the UK for those helmets!
And when I asked for a personal meeting he send me to a adress in the UK that wasn't his!
End of story, for the momment....

Would you have been happy of it was a some body that did not know the price of the helmet? Would you have been honest and told him he was selling it too cheaply?
 
I only noticed this reply. No it was not me trying to sell. but what I meant, is if he saw a chance like this for real, I bet he would not be honest and say it's real price! Sorry but I think he would not.
