I recently worked on a private purchase See Battalion tschako and naturally took photos of it's rare wappen:
A neusilber (nickel p[ate) version of the See Batt. wappen. Previously I have only seen these in brass/gilt. This is a very rare piece described and being issued to technical troop tschakos. I have not yet had this confirmed by any of our more experienced collectors or dealers. If anyone can provide more information, please comment here or on my restoration post.
