Seldom seen helmet

Just wanted to share this particular helmet.
I never seen one before.
It is sold and the seller didn't id it....

Strikes me as Bavarian. Maybe Police?

Interesting that it is a vulcanfiber helmet. Some stamps would be nice

I don't recall ever seeing this type of Wappen before very interesting

My guess is a factory watch or a community watch.
I have a quiet large old button collection of that periode, initials like that are generaly private ventures.
Railway compagny, gas compagny....something like that....
I can't say witch however...
But no city or land wappen to me.
