I think it's a Bavarian (possibly Bayern Freistadt) 1920s provincial police Tschako.

It is a Polizei Tschako from Bavaria, issued between 1919 and 1932. It has the correct Parade Haarbusch, and is in beautiful condition. Worth every penny bid thus far.
