Hello Charles, I have a spare neusilber brad, which does need resoldering though.
I got it when I purchased my PB11 M95 some time ago. It is about 11mm in diameter, like your retaining studs on your nice helmet which you recently bought.
If you are interested, send me a PM. I only want the postal costs for it.
But, as I live in europe, The Netherlands, I do not know how much that will be. But a bubble envelope, with a carefully packed spare will not be much. It does need some soldering though!
