Officer’s Feldgrau Überzeug Pickehaube Cover: Nice example of the officer version of the field gray spiked helmet cover, able to accommodate a tall spike. One of the internal stiffeners is cracked from use, but invisible and doesn’t affect the use or the look of the cover. A few spots of wear, but overall a nice, clean example.

Good question. As far as I know these weren't sized - but for reference, the helmet it is displayed on is a line grenadier size 55.
