Soldier Identification

I wonder if anybody who has access to Ranglisten could help me spot Curt (Kurt?) G. Siegle (Siegel?), who was an officer in the 3rd Garde Ulanen Regiment, probably during WW1 and shortly before.

I got this answer of Rick a friend of another forum, clarify us please:

"That cannot be correct. The 3GUR was entirely aristocratic before the war-- only one dR officer was not at least a "von." Only two officers who were not "von" Etwas made it in as regular officers in that regment by the end of the war.

No Siegel or Siegle in the 3GU in 1914. There was an Oblt Siegel in the 3rd Garde Artillerie Rgt. That would be a Field Artillery Regiment.
