I do collect GAR medals etc..... I'm all over the place now collecting different era's but my passion is WW1 & WW2 German helmets.

took me a couple years to find original chinstraps but patience paid off.

I just saw that one of your Prussian helmets
must be Kammer issue to I R 17
Glennj just I D for me a shoulder strap I just added to my collection
A musician to I R 17 when they wore yellow shoulder straps.
He was even able to I D the strap right down to the name
of the musician that wore it .
I R 17 later changed A K and then they wore green shoulder straps.
