Source for scanned period books

Upon researching an online source for a regimental history I stumbled over this site. They offer quite a lot of books on uniforms, regiments ets. as PDF. Regretably they are not cheap but might be of some help if you are really desparate:

Thank you Robert for posting this, it appears to be an excellent source, I'll be ordering some..found some regiments I'd like to learn more about.

I saw that in some descriptions it is not clear wheather only pictures are delivered or the entire document. Maybe it would be better to ask them per email befor issuing a costly order.

BTW they also have some interesting regulations such as the uniforms of the Schutztruppe (http://www.historischer-bilderdienst.de/texte/bekleidungsvorschrift-kaiserliche-schutztruppen.php).
