Hello everyone, I just wanted to ask if anyone has ever had a problem with someone called willers63 on eBay Germany. I ask this because last November I purchased an officer's spike from him and it never arrived, and for some reason, eBay won't let me file a grievance. Any advice?

I think the 180 days have passed for filing it with Paypal.
Good Advice by members who buy and sell from long distances. Have you tried to contact the seller when you thought it did not arrive in the allotted time? If so did you receive any reply? In the twenty-plus years, I have been on eBay I have had very few problems both as a buyer and seller. It is always good to request a tracking number from the seller. Just some ideas from the cheap seats. Good Luck!
