To me, the shell looks good. I have a repro and this doesn't look anything like the repro. Wait for more answers on the liner and such, but it could be a good one! :)

This beauty went down for $2,180 after quite a fierce battle... Not surprising given the shell's close to pristine condition and the fact it's complete...
