I am only a beginner, but I have not yet seen such an interior, I am very suspicious of it, that is why I am posting here what people think of this one, I am still learning every day.

This whole helmet seems rather suspicious to me.

The stag antlers are weird and I suspect have been made up and soldered on. Their colour seems different than the rest of the wappen. We see missing antlers on many Wurttemberg wappen as they are delicate and easily snagged. I have not seen that style of cloth liner before.
