Strange Überzug?

I've never seen this marking on an Uberzug before, any ideas what it is?

It seems to be for a officer Haube (tall spike).
But what the hell are all those curious "things" under the helmet????

I could think thie Uberzug is a joke ?
An officer spike Uberzug on a troop Uberzug (there are hooks). Some words seem to be writen in red on the Uberzug ?

Yeah, I noticed it was an Officer 'Zug......looks like an M15 EM underneath?

The curious selfmade thing (statue?) under the helmet seems to be a pig, with its particular nose and big ears....
The cockade could have represent an eye, the other seems to be long gone....

Written in red stitching on the Überzug is "wolf head". Looking closely at the cover it appears not to be an officers, just the spike part is pulled up higher than normal (there may not even be a spike under it, just padding). The green"thing" looks to be glued on.
In other words this is "art".
