Offered for sale is an original circa 1919 dated photo of a World War 1 German and other countries souvenir collection that is displayed nicely on a large sheet of plywood. Photo is 8" x 10" size, black and white original period photograph.
I have 5-examples of this photo available for sale. I sold a copy of this photo to the author or publisher that is used in the excellent reference book about WW1 German titled: "Stahlschutzhelme, The German Steel Combat Helmet 1915-1918" by Oliver Lock. The same photograph is featured on page 186 of his book. I acquired this photo in an auction grouping that I won, along with the 5" x 7" 1919 photo of the same souvenir items displayed a bit differently.
The lower right corner of this original black and white photograph is marked: "1919 Copyright, The Scott Studio, Chicago."
The red words "ww1czechlegion collection" are not on the original photograph.
