    I wonder how much shill bidding there is on this POS (piece of Sh..) IF there isn't any, MAN OH MAN!! Some of these poor folks should start researching!
Seriously, I can't believe ANY of those are real bids, I mean, the helmet is an obvious fake (wrong leather, goofy liner and red thingie, trash spike garbage on the outside) and the rest doesn't look any better to me.

Man, somebody is going to pay $2,000 for that P.O.S.. What is the iron cross, on the side of the cover, suppose to represent?

Posking, the red/green cross on the side indicates that this Uberzug was especially deigned to be worn during Christmas holidays.
I recommend that you read the Questions/Answers on the ad. Explanations have been given by a military historian, to whom the seller responded: "as an military historian as you've mentioned it should give those watching a better understanding of the items". Understood, you ignorant members of this forum?

Just another example that this hobby is getting more and more expensive if people are already willing to pay a ridiculous price for something fake.

Edwin

911 car,
I thought that it had something to do with Christmas. I have a cover with an "egg shaped" iron cross on the side, which was worn during Easter time. I hope that this is informative for the ignorant members.
