Hi Amy, It looks nice and fits well, but I think its a fantasy piece with the original reserve cross missing.

It's an original Wappen but as John Josef says I think the cross has been added as I've never a Reservist Wappen with that cross. In fact, I don't recognize that cross as being of military origin. I'm guessing it's some sort of patriotic war effort related piece.

Landwehr eagle. The Neusilber Landwehr cross is missing, and an EK miniature has been added. It looks great! Yes not pre-1918 but it is something I would have bought as it’s interesting.

As Steve said, this is not a Reserve officer's eagle, but a Landwehr one.
On the left a Reserve officer, on the right a Landwehr officer.

My opinion: commemorative charm (fancy iron cross) affixed to a Landwehr officer's eagle.
