Eric, Do you know if there is any other way to order one other than a bank transfer? I would like to get one but a bank transfer is expensive to make here in Canada. Tony

Tell me what to do with PayPal and I will do it. I would like the book however I am with Tony. Bank transfers are both expensive and difficult here in the United States.

Looks like a very informative book, not pretty though.

If any of you guys ever decide to make a book please consult a layout designer first!!! or me!

The more economic postage rate from France to the USA and Canada is 10,5 euros as a normal letter (620g) with low protection. For a parcel or an insurance, it goes to 15 euros
