Funny it says "French" priest/artillery when you can tell it's actually an Orthodox priest from the way he's making the sign of the Cross (right-to-left) which is opposite the way Catholics do it (left-to-right)... not to mention the priest's beard and the (most probably Russian) badges on the Adrian helmets...
