For the final Feldgrau fall update, a common Infantry officer? :bs:

This helmet came available in September when I was promoted to Captain :salute: , so it seemed fitting that I grab it.

Strange, I don't see a "Umlaut" sign on the U in the word "für" in "Mit Gott für König und Vaterland"
it should be there, because the pronounciation is different

The Ümlaut over the "FÜR" is right against the edge of the Bandeau, which makes it difficult to see unless you are holding the helmet at an upward angle. This photo shows how the raised edges of the letters, edge of the Bandeau, and a low feather have been polished.

By te way where do you get all these helmets? I live in Europe but (exept for Ebay off course) they are very hard to find, especially in that quality!

Did you get my mail about the errors in your glossary (german words)?
I think that a great site like yours should not have thes (small) errors
(I was a teacher in german language, and I still see some mistakes)
