That is quite a collection of pictures!!! Your Ulan with the italicized R is the first one I have seen we did have a photograph recently in the photograph section of an infantryman with the same mark style. This is really cool and I can't wait till you get a chance to translate the rest -- my French is really poor unfortunately.

We seem to have several different threads running around that list pictures of helmet covers. Perhaps the administrators can find a way to combine them all. I have a small list in an article
