Thanks Dane and Francis! It gives me great pleasure doing my best to bring ém back! I am in no way a restorer, but hey, I do what I can for them.
Now it sits with its other M95 buddy's. 5 of them now, and 10 M15's. My goal is to get even more, but I do need to fill my bank-account up for it though. Which will work out fine. Save up when you can, every Euro counts. It sure helps being single too!

But if you have a partner, she may end up buying you more haubes. So it doesn't mean being single is positive thing at all times. Lol

Well Amy, I am single since 1992. Unfortunately my French girlfriend died in an accident, when she left on a visit to her uncle's birthday.
I couldn't get the day off at work, so she went alone. She never arrived though, she stopped at file, behind a lorry. The lorry which was behind her saw that file too late.. A Renault 5 isn't really a match for a 30 ton lorry... When the phone rang at my work, my world collapsed..
We had been planning to start a Bed&Breakfast in the south of France, but that never materialized. I have been single ever since, I never really got over it. It was a closed coffin, at her burial, you can imagine why.. She lies in the family's graveplot now. Gone, but never forgotten.

Thanks for the support and the picture of your latest kitty! I have 4 cats roaming around my house now. They sure can be a pain in the ass sometimes, but they're love for me is alway's there.

Sorry Coert. I don't mean to dig up old wounds. Terribly sorry about it. I feel so sorry to hear about it. Ooh mine, I am so angry with myself for making such a statement.

You sure can pray for me, to bring me more haubes! You know Dane, I am just very happy to be here, with comrades who also love to delve into this history, haubes, medals, I like your posts here too! I might be an older guy, but you know, for me, we are all the same.
Age doesn't really matter you know.
