I just saw this and I didn't want to put it in the open forum. I know these are rare but this is a bit excessive.

The Russians sometimes used shellac on their helmets to give a shiny appearance. This was subject to crazing, as can be seen on this helmet. I just can't believe there are 42 watchers!
