It was not fake, but so clearly a put-together helmet that a 10 year old could tell...

It had two holes in the front to affix a monogram and very clear trace of the original red kolpak pointing to a 7. regiment busby with a white kolpak...
 
So what are you going to do with it? Thats a lot of money.

This is what cheeses me off with him. He offers stuff at premium prices and what you get does not always reflect that premium price. Sure, there's quite a few good photograph's displayed but that never tells the whole story and this is NOT something you are taking a chance on - like you are with ebay. You are paying top dollar here and buying from an expert who knows about these things.

Of course, he'll take it back but then YOU have to eat the goddamn Fedex bill every time, so your exchange item is now costing you even more money. Not cool.

I send it back... All in all it cost me almost 70 euro that he fail to describe the busby correct.

Now the busby is back on his site with the same description as before... In my opinion that is close to attempting to scam collectors...

Weitze has some wunderfull items, but this is a good example why you should never trust af dealer...
