Well, it used to be. eBay has since rendered the goofbay tools useless. As expected, when profit is at stake, eBay would rather promulgate fraud than eradicate it.

The biggest Ebay money grab is including postage costs in their charges to a seller. How are they allowed to do that? Their postal quotes are usually incorrect to begin with and they obviously have nothing to do with me boxing up an item and mailing it. As a Canadian, I am also no longer permitted to list in $US I must list in $CN and they convert it for US buyers in the listing. This ends their previous policy of forcing a $US to $CN conversion in the process of transferring money to my home bank. In order to deposit funds in my $US account, I have to pay bank conversion fees.

eBay now charges a percentage on shipping in some cases so as to recoup "lost fees." As a capitalist I see nothing wrong with eBay's policies; if you don't like it don't use it. But as a seller we gave up on eBay a while ago.
