Tschanko Eagle Wappen

I have a 94mm Eagle Wappen brass in color that appears to have overlapping feathers on the chest which would make me believe it to be an 1895 Jager Mannschaften Tschanko...however it has screw posts which I understand stopped in 1895. Is it possible to have a 1860-1895 with overlapping feathers?

I have good pictures but don't know if I can attach and how?

Seems the overlapping feathers has more to do with the helmet plate maker than anything.
