A beautiful example of an original Überrock, likely of pre-1896 manufacture, though it lacks a tailors' label. It is made of an absolutely stunning doeskin wool with polished cotton (or possibly silk) black lining. It features trapezoidal arrangement of the buttons (the were aligned parallel post-1896), and roughly 1-2cm of padding in the chest. Additionally, a small repair was made at the start of the rear vent, where wear had torn a small rip into the fabric.
This coat is size 38-40.
