Uhlan Tunic off Ebay

Thanks Cliff ,for posting the pics of the Uhlanka. Any more help with the info on the Shoulder Straps would be great .Where the Bajo Boards always worn? or did they adopt a straight strap ? I have seem the tear drop Shaped Boards .Never for sale nor do I know what the german name of that piece of kit .
