Uhlans in the field

Neat photo of a group of Guard Ulanen officer's and NCO's briefing or getting orders from another officer while in the field. In a scene to be found in any Army in the world, there is a group of enlisted guys lounging around waiting for the brass to make up their minds. Can't quite tell which Guard Uhlan regiment it is. Hard to tell if those are red or yellow cuffs. Any ideas?
