So if a tank lacks adequate armor is it still an armored vehicle?

New research suggests that many of the MkI tanks that went into combat were actually training models:

The Germans captured one and decided that better anti-tank weapons weren't needed! :lol:
 
That is fairly old news, actually, the T-Gewher was originally designed to use against the training tanks according to what I have read, and that is why the range was reduced for engagement when they encountered the hardened tanks.
