Hey Peter: We really need a pic of the helmet straight on so that we can see the wappen. My guess first off is Swedish just from what I can see (the flags). We do have a wide mixture of influences....Bavarian style lions heads, Brit chain scales, fluted Prussian Kurassier spike etc. Brian
 
That helmet is a Spanish (Spain) King's/Presidential Mounted Bodyguards helmet.

Not sure if it's a Officer or EM model.
