I'm a dagger boy but sometime I need your help when I found a pickelhaube:

I have found this one and I suppose it is a feuerwehr pickel.... or what ?

I am pretty sure that the eagle on top is post use embellishment.
The eagle looks like it came off of a modern flagpole.
