It reads "Farewell festivity at the NCO academy in Potsdam. The NCO academy in Potsdam has been closed due to the requirements of the peacy treaty to dissolve all military educational institutions. The commander Generalmajor von Hoffmann walks down the line of the closure parade."

Do you have any other pictures of this organization? This is really wonderful to just lacks a bit of granularity. I'm trying specifically to find out if they used M15 style helmets with their specific Wappen. It's all about helmets... I should maybe get a life.

Okay so far so good -- no Litzen.
Now look at the guy on the right in the below picture -- see the holes in his Wappen? -- we have seen this before -- what the heck?
