Very odd helmet

Could anybody shed any light on this odd helmet. It is covered in green hessian sacking type material with a wire mesh over the hessian. There are no cockades and the interior is lined with the same hessian sacking. I’m assuming it’s a copy am left wondering why anybody would bother to make such a dowdy copy leaving off the cockades.
 
Deffinitly a huge copy the guy who makes these is just there to rip people off
For jung starters in the hobby these types are spoiler alert
If you collect or start to collect first thing you do is buy books not one but lots of them
They will become handy one day
