Views invited: Fieldgrey officier's visor for Leibgarde Husaren Regiment

Can I sollicit views on this fieldgrey officier's visor for Leibgarde Husaren Regiment, please?
On a first glance, the cap seems to exhibit uneven wear (see for example the wear to the inside top vs. the apparent lack of wear to the liner): the cockades look new as does the uncommon style chinstrap: but I'm no expert on visors so I would appreciate views. No shots under the liner, which I will ask for if this cap is considered to have a chance.

I have indeed seen this too, at A.D.M. I believe, but he didn't convince me.
I don't know exactly what it is, maybe the strange flat ribbed fabric in combination with thick cockades (looks like WW2)..
It seems too new to me (perhaps post war veterans cap...) so I didn't buy it...

Indeed construction and fabric are very close to WW2 army caps.
