What a stunning helmet you have there! It's also one of my favourites, but never had the chance to achieve one in beautiful condition. A rare helmet indeed...

Bruno: That is a great helmet. Thanks for posting the photo. Here is a photo of your helmet's "older brother". This one is marked to the fusilier bataillon of Fusilier Regiment 90.

The guy I bought the M15 from had two helmets for sale. This one and a crappy bavarian M15. Unfortunately... the spikes had been inverted! He was a layman; he never wanted to take my word and change them back. I had to buy this terrible bavarian just to get the Mecklemburg M15 spike (what is the chance you will find another one in a lifetime?..).

Bruno: If you had not purchased both helmets you would still be looking for a fluted spike for the Mecklenburg helmet and probably never would find one. You were smart to buy both.

These are some rocker helmets :headbang: Now I have to become jealous :-P and pray [-o< to find a Meckeleburg as soon as possible!
