What about this prussian spiked helmet plate ?

Customs officer or agent de of the Kingdom of Prussia, extended to the German Empire. Gilded administration eagle enhanced by the silver monogram in interlaced cursive, FWR IV for Frederickus Wilhelm IV Rex.

on a Berin Police plate, we find a similar monogram but including a banner, a crown. I'm thinking of a simple hack for beginners.

The Berlin police plate is different (banner, royal crown, etc.). Only Frederick William's monogram is identical, and very rarely on the silver Prussian eagle.
The Berlin police plate shows the monogram larger, and alone.
