If he thinks it's worth that much it should be in a Christies' auction, rather than ebay. Or better yet, let them evaluate it and then sell it. It's probably worth a chunk of change if it's original, but probably not that much.
I didn't read the entire description, so don't know how he attributed this and evaluated it.

Well this is by far the most expensive 'lunacy' I've seen on eBay thus far...

Maybe the pilot's actual mummy would be included too? :P
