I have several theories here but what you think? There is nothing on the back of the card and the photographer was located in Charlottenburg.
Who do you think these guys are?

Tony which is the Tchako , middle row and seond one in from right. I am asking idf the Austrian /Hungarian's had a similar version to this?

Hi Mark, that is a Sachsen (Saxon) M1867 Train. Click HERE for photos and description.
