Hello,
Mecklenburg-Schwerin Dragon helmet, Model 1848, in use until 1868, when it was replaced by the Prussian leather Dragon helmet, with the M68 plate. A few of these are known in Germany, but they are not sought after in France, as they do not correspond to either the Franco-German War of 1870 or WW1.
