I have to disagree your somewhat harsh words for PG: such are the rules on eBay, the seller offers a 14 day return policy so canceling the buy is just part of that return policy, no harm done. In return, I will typically bid higher on an item from a professional seller, as I know I can return it if I don’t like it.
