The crown is missing from the plate and it has been painted silver, but the helmet might be a good candidate for restoration. It might need the metal parts re-plated with zinc once that paint has been removed.
 
It'll be interesting to see how much it brings.
The urge to have "an example" of a comparatively scarce item may over-ride the condition.
 
Could very well go for a substantial price. As I said in the posting of my Wurtt M15....the hardest of the "kingdom M15s" to track down.
 
Rear visor needs to be stitched, hole in it as well. Back spine is also crushed/missing at the top where it joins the spike base?? Liner definately needs help, one spike split brad is different than the other 3 (see interior shot). All fittings painted...ugh! Maybe they could be stripped back to the original colour?? lots of cracks to the exterior finish which suggests to me that the piece is very dry and hard. Anyway, my 2 cents.
