Wurttemberg Fireman?

Anyone know what this is?

At first I thought it was a Polizei or Bezirksfeuerlosch Inspektor helmet but the plate seems to be Military?

Mind you,the M95 posts look like brass and there's some welding going on at the base of the perlring, so maybe it's a put-together? :???:
 
Not sure what it is, could be a fire or Police helmet, but does not look anything like mine, however, I am sure there where differant ones.

Hi Mikey:
I consulted my copy of Konigreich Wurttemberg Kopfbedeckungen which you probably have also. Nothing shown meets the characteristics of this helme. Those brass M91 posts make me suspicious as well. An extra set of spike holes could well be hidden under that large spike support disc. Brian
 
Yes Brian, there could be extra holes under that disc. I was'nt sure if it had brass post's but you see them too.

Thank's for the pics, James - that was the plate I was expecting to see.

I'll stay away from it.
