Now that I am laid up for a couple weeks, I have time to post a couple finds from the last couple months.

This one is a super nice Wurttemberg OYV or Private purchase helmet, showing a nice mix of OR and officer parts. The Wappen is stunning with much of the frosting still there.

Was able to pick this one up from a fellow forum member via Ebay.

Yup that is indeed a nice helmet and with a surprisingley mixture of parts
It has a very nice silk liner inside

Very nice and in excellent condition James. I had one exactly like it years ago but had to sell it off.
 
How nice to see such a frosty Eigentums-Helm in it's original configuration. So many of these have been dealer/collector "upgraded" with incorrect brass chinscales. A beautiful example James. Nicely done. :thumbright: p
